SHIPPING & HANDLING
For orders in the continental U.S., shipping is via USPS and UPS with options of Economy, Standard, and Express.
For international orders, shipping cost is a flat rate of $19.95 via Amazon Global.
If an order has not been received within 10 days of ordering, a status update can be provided by writing to sales@clunymedia.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Except in the event of a flawed or damaged copy of a book, Cluny does not accept returns or issue refunds. If your order has a flawed or damaged copy, please write to sales@clunymedia.com with details on the item. Except in these instances, all orders are final.
