Shipping and Handling
For orders in the continental U.S., flat rate shipping is $3.99.
For international orders, shipping rates vary. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with the contents of your order and the requested shipping address of your order and a customer service representative will provide the requisite assistance.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Customers will receive an email indicating that an order is received and another that it is processed. Third-party distributors are used to fulfill orders and Cluny has no control over actual shipping times or policies. Shipments are made by the USPS or other recognized delivery services, such as UPS and Federal Express. Shipping time varies between 2 and 14 days of an order being processed.
For bulk orders, please allow additional time for processing and shipping. For an estimate of the shipping of your order, please write to email@example.com.
If an order has not been received within 10 days of ordering, a status update can be provided by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Except in the event of a flawed or damaged copy of a book, Cluny does not accept returns or issue refunds. If your order has a flawed or damaged copy, please write to email@example.com with details on the item. Except in these instances, all orders are final.
